Asemic writing can be a therapeutic approach to self expression, writing without judgment, never picking up the pen, encouraging a flow of consciousness, brain dumpting for the purpose of releiving stress. With everything going on in the world lately, it seemed appropriate to do a little asemic writing in circular form, creating a sense of balance, self acceptance and control.
