This cotton bento, or origami, market bag is truly one of a kind. It's unlined with a beautiful coral,  amber and shiitake mushroom color that was created using Procion Mx dye and an ice dye method. The fabric used in this piece was upcycled from an Ikea curtain, making it both eco-friendly and unique. Whenever I take this bag to the market, I feel a sense of joy and pride knowing that I'm doing my part to reduce waste while also carrying my precious finds in style. Its 21" bottom width is perfect for carrying all sorts of treasures, from fresh produce to beautiful flowers or even fabrics. This bag has truly become a beloved companion of mine, and I can't imagine going to the market without it. The strap is cotton webbing overlayed with a strip of hand-dyed fabric.
